Joe's passion for the automotive industry is demonstrated through his hands-on involvement across all areas of dealership operations—from the showroom to the service drive-through and beyond.
With a career spanning both the U.S. and Canada, Joe has successfully led dealerships to new heights. His experience includes years with Reynolds & Reynolds, where he specialized in optimizing dealership systems to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. In January 2018, Prestige Auto Group appointed Joe to lead Woodbine Nissan as General Manager, where he quickly elevated the dealership to record sales and top-tier customer service ratings with Nissan Canada.
Now, as Vice President of Operations for Prestige Auto Group Ontario, Joe oversees Woodbine Nissan, Oakville Nissan, and Oakville INFINITI. Under his leadership, these dealerships continue to set benchmarks in sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Despite these achievements, Joe remains deeply engaged on the dealership floors, mentoring teams, fostering customer relationships, and strengthening ties with the community.
